Submission Types

You may submit topics to be considered as one of the following formats: a training workshop, a field trip (within a 30-40 minute radius of event venue), a parallel session or a plenary session. Please see descriptions below.

Training Workshops
These workshops will be held on both days. Typically sessions are scheduled as 1.5 hour or 3 hour sessions.

Field Trips
We are interested in the option of offering delegates an option of a field trip to a facility related to the event topics within a 30-40min travel time from the venue. Typically this will be a four hour session in which the group offering to host the field trip organizes a tour or activity for the audience. The Field Trip host is responsible for providing a meal or snack to the group depending on the length of the activity. Upon approval, the conference organisers will work with the host to arrange for bus services and other logistics.

Sessions
These sessions will be held on both days and will be a 45 minute slot.

Keynote - General Sessions
These sessions will be held on both days and are structured to address the entire audience at the conference. These sessions should be no longer than 1 hour.

Benefits of Presenting

The HazMat 2010 organisers appreciate the value that each presenter’s expertise and participation brings to the conference.

  • Complimentary Event Pack
  • Assistance in booking discounted airfare and hotel accommodations (if required in addition to that included in the Event Full  Registration).
